During Our Meet & Greet We will Look for the Following:1. Friendly/appropriate dog interactions 2. Friendly/appropriate Human interactions 3. Okay to good leash skills4. Basic Obedience 5. > 10 Months oldNo Pup is perfect so please reach out if you are unsure if your pup would be a good fit! We also offer private hikes to pups still working on these skills.

We require all pups to wear their tags for safety/ liability purposes during their adventure. ​Additionally, please provide any harnesses or collars your pup needs to hike while on their adventure. We also provide Easywalk harnesses if your pup needs some help with pulling. We provide healthy treats, toys, water and leashes.

There are two options if you are outside the service rage.Please reach out with your exact address that you are looking to get services for. From there we can quote you an estimated fee for the additional miles required for pick up / drop off. Sign up for the Pack Hike- Pup Stop where you can drop off and pick up your pup from a centralized location.

Your Pup will be active for approximately: Beach Adventure- 120 minsHiking Adventure- 90 minsFall Adventure- 2-4 hours ​ Your Pup could be out adventuring with us anywhere from 2 hours to 9 hours depending on the pickup/drop of route, adventure type and location of the adventure. Hiker will communicate the estimated time when requested.

Rain or shine we go on our adventures! If the weather becomes dangerous for the pups for example under 15 degrees we post pone or cancel the adventure. We offer 5-10 minute quick walks for pups that still need to go out to potty for a reduced price.

We allow you to cancel at any time and at no charge. But… If you have scheduled a service with us and either forget to cancel or if we are unable to access your pup during pick up there is a no show fee of the 100% of the service rate.

Holiday Rate PolicyAn additional holiday surcharge will apply for services scheduled on major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.You’ll see the additional charge on your invoice.

Typically, pack sizes will range anywhere from 2-6 dogs per hike. If the day allows for it we will hike with other dog hikers and have 10+ pups adventuring along side each other. We like to provide quality and tailored hikes to each pack members.

We send out invoices twice a month through our portal services. Payment can be done through the portal and will be automated.

We are happy to provide Private Hikes to any pups within the same household that are not neutered or spayed. Unfortunately, no intact pups are allowed in the pack hikes at this time.

We are CPR and First aid trained and will evaluate the situation and take necessary actions. Additionally, we will notify you immediately of any serious injury to your dog once we are in service. This is a very rare occurrence. If your dog injures his or herself, it is the responsibility of the owners to cover any medical expenses.

Yes, we require copies of all Adventure Pups Pack Members vaccination records (Distemperment, Bordetella and Rabies).We also expect clients to keep up with their dog’s flea and tick medication, as well as to register them in their town of residency.
