At Adventure Pups, we believe every dog deserves more than just a dog walker, they deserve an Adventure! We’re proud to be the only pack-structured dog hiking service in Colorado Springs, serving the westside of the city and Manitou Springs.

Our Pack Hikes are so much more than exercise, they’re about building bonds, confidence, and creating fulfillment. Whether your pup is a social butterfly, a bit unsure around new friends, or working through anxiety from those long “Covid pup” years, we’ve seen firsthand how time on the trail with the right pack can be truly life changing for a pup!

​We’ve helped shy pups come out of their shells, anxious pups gain confidence, and even helped some of our four-legged adventurers shed extra pounds in the most fun way possible, by exploring the beautiful trails of Colorado Springs. Every pup, from playful young ones to wise senior souls, is treated like the perfect pups they are. We tailor each hike to fit their needs, energy levels, and personalities, with gentle care for aging joints and happy encouragement for nervous newcomers.

No two hikes are the same, because no two pups are the same. Some days we hit busy trails to work on socialization or reactivity. Other days, we seek out quiet, scenic spots for calm, low-impact adventures. Each hike is chosen with intention, giving your pup the chance to experience new sights, smells, and sounds. To keep our pack safe and happy, we welcome dogs who are at least 10 months old. Also, because your dog means the world to you (and to us), every Adventure Pups Hiker is trained in canine CPR and First Aid, so you can feel confident knowing your pup is in caring, capable hands.

Kelly has been an angel! My dogs get so excited when she is around - sometimes I think they like her more than me. Initially I was concerned they would be too much for a group hike, but she is excellent at socializing and teaching leash manners.
She picks them up in the morning and then they come back so relaxed, after having a great time. It's a wonderful opportunity for them to explore our beautiful trails and I don't have to feel guilty that they aren't getting enough activity when I have things I need to take care of. Highly recommended!

We used to send our little COVID pup, Nova to hike doggie in Denver and it made a big difference in her confidence. When we moved to Denver I knew we had to find something similar.
What I didn’t know was that hike doggie was a baby step for Nova. Adventure Pup has made a HUGE difference in her overall confidence on a trail! She doesn’t bark at all any more thanks to Kelly’s diligent and consistent training. And she’s far more tired and well behaved. I’d send her every day if I could.
If you’re in the fence, do it! You won’t regret it!

I cannot recommend Kelly with Adventure Pups enough. She has provided a great relief to my worry and anxiety over ensuring my dog has more enrichment and exercise than I am currently able to provide. Kelly takes my 4 year old dog, Coqui, on pack hikes and he comes back smiling! Well, he actually comes back happily tired and naps for the rest of the day ;-) I am provided with timely updates, wonderful pictures, and Kelly even provides an adorable report card after every hike!! I have also noticed my pup having more vivid dreams and is also more well-behaved on our own adventures! Thank you so very much, Kelly, for the extra time and care that you dedicate to my puppers! Kelly is amazing! My dog, Buster, has anxiety and I’m always so nervous with who I let take him on walks or watch while I’m out of town but Kelly is by far the best. Buster is always so happy to see her and stay with her which speaks for itself. She’s even helped Buster’s anxiety. Since using Adventure Pups Buster’s anxiety has gotten way more manageable.
